安卓免费版与广告

安卓免费版 GeckoHop 不需要账户。应用首次启动时会生成一个随机设备标识，我们用它发放免费使用时长并防止滥用。你领取免费时长时，我们会同时处理该设备标识和你的 IP 地址。

免费版由广告支持，包含第三方广告服务。这些服务可能收集设备标识（如 Android ID 或 OAID）和网络状态，用于投放广告（包括个性化广告）和衡量广告效果，它们对这些信息的处理适用其各自的隐私政策。你观看激励广告时，广告平台只会通知我们以确认发放奖励。

免费版不申请位置、电话或存储权限。付费版以及其他平台的 GeckoHop 应用不包含广告服务。

2. VPN 流量与浏览活动

GeckoHop 旨在保护你的网络连接。

我们不会有意监控、检查、记录或出售你的网络通信内容。

我们的服务器不记录你通过 VPN 访问的网站、目标地址、应用、DNS 查询或网络内容，也不保留你的活动连接日志。

在建立和维持 VPN 连接的技术需要下，部分网络信息可能会在内存中临时处理。

3. 我们如何使用信息

4. 支付与订阅

通过 Apple 购买的订阅由 Apple 经 App Store 处理。

对于 App Store 购买，GeckoHop 不会直接接收或存储你的完整银行卡信息。

我们可能从 Apple 收到少量交易信息，例如：

• 订阅产品
• 交易或收据标识
• 订阅状态
• 购买或到期日期

这些信息仅用于核实购买和提供订阅服务。

Apple 对支付信息的处理适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策。

在 GeckoHop 网站上的购买由第三方支付服务处理。我们只收到订单金额、支付状态和交易标识，不会接收或存储你的卡号或支付账户详情。

5. 第三方服务提供商

我们可能使用可信的第三方服务提供商，支持基础设施、托管、分析、客户支持、支付核验、安全或其他技术运营。

这些提供商仅在为 GeckoHop 提供服务所必需时处理少量信息。

第三方代表我们处理用户信息时，我们要求其对这些信息提供适当保护，并仅用于授权的目的。

7. 账户与数据删除

你可以在 GeckoHop 应用或网站的账户页面自行删除 GeckoHop 账户。

为避免误删导致付费权益丢失，会员有效期内的账户无法删除。会员到期后可随时删除；如需提前删除，请先联系我们取消会员，再删除账户。

删除账户会清除你的账户信息（包括电子邮箱地址）和流量记录。订单、支付和退款记录出于财务和防欺诈需要予以保留，且不再与你的邮箱关联。一个随机账户标识会短暂保留，仅用于在我们的服务器上撤销你的访问权限，之后即被删除。

有效的删除请求处理完成后，我们会删除或匿名化与你账户相关的个人信息，但适用法律要求保留，或出于正当的安全、防欺诈、争议解决或财务目的需要保留的除外。

8. 你的隐私选择

根据你所在地区和适用法律，你可能有权：

• 要求查阅我们持有的你的个人信息
• 要求更正不准确的信息
• 要求删除你的个人信息
• 撤回此前给予的同意

GeckoHop Privacy Policy

GeckoHop ("GeckoHop", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you use the GeckoHop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services.

Account Information

When you create or use a GeckoHop account, we may collect information such as:

• Account identifier
• Subscription or membership status
• Account creation and expiration information

We do not require information such as your real name, physical address, contacts, photos, or precise location unless explicitly required for a specific feature.

Service and Technical Information

When you use GeckoHop, we may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, including:

• Order, payment and refund records, limited to transaction identifiers, amounts, and the payer identifier provided by Alipay or WeChat Pay
• Server or node selected and active connection sessions
• Amount of network traffic used, summarized per node and time period
• IP address where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or abuse protection

This information is used to provide connectivity, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

Android Free Edition and Advertising

The free edition of GeckoHop for Android does not require an account. Instead, the app generates a random device identifier on first launch, which we use to grant free usage time and to prevent abuse. When you claim free usage time, we process this device identifier together with your IP address.

The free edition is supported by advertising and includes third-party advertising services. These services may collect device identifiers (such as Android ID or OAID) and network status to deliver ads, including personalized ads, and to measure ad performance. Their handling of this information is governed by their own privacy policies. When you watch a rewarded ad, the advertising platform notifies us only to confirm the reward.

The free edition does not request location, phone, or storage permissions. The paid edition and GeckoHop apps for other platforms do not include advertising services.

2. VPN Traffic and Browsing Activity

GeckoHop is designed to protect your network connection.

We do not intentionally monitor, inspect, record, or sell the contents of your internet communications.

Our servers do not log the websites, destination addresses, applications, DNS queries, or online content you access through the VPN, and do not keep connection logs of your activity.

Temporary network information may be processed in memory when technically necessary to establish and maintain a VPN connection.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Create and manage your GeckoHop account
• Provide VPN connectivity and related services
• Verify subscription or membership status
• Measure bandwidth and service usage
• Maintain service reliability and performance
• Detect fraud, abuse, security threats, or unauthorized access
• Diagnose technical issues
• Respond to customer support requests
• Improve our applications and infrastructure
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your VPN browsing activity for targeted advertising.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are processed by Apple through the App Store.

GeckoHop does not directly receive or store your full payment card information for App Store purchases.

We may receive limited transaction information from Apple, such as:

• Subscription product
• Transaction or receipt identifier
• Subscription status
• Purchase or expiration date

This information is used only to verify purchases and provide subscription services.

Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Purchases made on the GeckoHop website are processed by third-party payment services. We receive only the order amount, payment status, and a transaction identifier. We do not receive or store your card number or payment account details.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers to support infrastructure, hosting, analytics, customer support, payment verification, security, or other technical operations.

These providers may process limited information only when necessary to provide their services to GeckoHop.

Where third parties process user information on our behalf, we require them to provide appropriate protections for that information and to use it only for authorized purposes.

We do not authorize third parties to sell your personal information or use your VPN traffic for advertising profiling.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Maintain your account
• Process subscriptions
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Resolve disputes
• Meet legal, accounting, or security requirements

Technical and diagnostic information may be retained for a limited period and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your GeckoHop account yourself from the account section of the GeckoHop app or website.

To prevent accidental loss of paid benefits, an account with an active membership cannot be deleted. Once the membership expires you can delete the account at any time. To delete it sooner, contact us to cancel the membership first, then delete the account.

Deleting an account removes your account information, including your email address, and your traffic records. Order, payment and refund records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention and are no longer linked to your email address. A random account identifier is kept briefly only to revoke your access on our servers, and is then removed.

After a valid deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting purposes.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw previously provided consent
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request information about how your data is processed

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Processing

GeckoHop operates network infrastructure and service providers in multiple countries and regions.

As a result, information necessary to provide the Services may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.

11. Children's Privacy

GeckoHop is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Legal Requests

We may disclose information when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, valid court order, or other legally binding governmental request.

We may also disclose limited information where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of GeckoHop, our users, or others.

Because GeckoHop does not intentionally maintain browsing histories of user VPN activity, we generally cannot provide information that we do not possess.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the App, website, or other appropriate means.

The updated Privacy Policy will become effective on the date stated at the top of the policy.
